cherry and vanilla-mocha flavors. The intricate, yet smooth finish is toasty, with more coffee notes, and juicy blackberry and cherry flavors. This cabernet franc pairs perfectly with an herb-crusted standing rib roast and asiago-sage scalloped potatoes.

Our  Cabernet Sauvignon is bursting with blackberry and cherry aromas, followed by undertones of cinder box and vanilla. The palate consists of firm, mouth filling tannins followed by rich, cherry and dark berry flavors. The tannins last through finish, and a nice cherry cola flavor lingers on the palate. This cabernet sauvignon pairs well with a grilled rib-eye steak and a side of garlic mashed potatoes.

The Black Magic blend has distinct aromas of cherry on the nose, with undertones of vanilla, caramel, and chocolate. Fine grained tannins on the palate are backed up by flavors of cherry and blackberry. The fruit forward finish is dominated by bright cherry flavors that linger on the palate. Pair this Black Magic red blend with a pepper crusted roast beef tenderloin and lemon garlic asparagus sauté.
